Duties and Responsibilities



· Ensuring that the company’s HSE management system on project sites is maintained in coordination with Project Construction Teams.

· Develops health, safety and environmental plans to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure

compliance with occupational health and safety standards and regulations.

· Performs the hazard identification and consequent Risk Assessment evaluations.

· Ensure to prevent accidents, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies

· Leads safety audits to identify possible hazards and address potential accidents.

· Continuous inspection of project sites, to ensure a hazard-free environment.

· Establishing and maintaining health and safety communication structures.

· Continuous monitoring of all safety related documents, reports and issues to keep them updated.

· Inspects the site to ensure it is a hazard-free environment.

· Conducts toolbox meetings.

· Conducts investigations of all accidents and near-misses.

· Assessment and approval of subcontractor safety plans

· Promoting safe practices on site.

· Audits and Inspections of tools and equipment certifications and conditions to ensure safe usage.

· Carrying out drills and exercises on managing emergency situations.

· Verifying that all safety reports are submitted to clients and KPIs are maintained for internal reference.

· Coordinates all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste with relevant departments or client.

· Attending project planning meetings and collaborating with construction managers to have look ahead of project works to arrange Safety requirements accordingly.

· Ensures the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations in coordination with his HSE team.

المهارات

· Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience in large scale infrastructure water and wastewater projects in KSA.

· Having demonstratable experience of Health, Safety and Environmental supervision of large-scale civil and mechanical work packages.

· Must have technical training and/or a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.

· Has excellent English and Arabic language skills, possess good computer skills, and possess excellent Communication Skills.

· GCC experience is a must

· Ready to relocate to Eastern region
