Trade Marketing & Events Executive

Trade marketing & event executive are responsible for local brand development in each market and ensuring our presence to companies who can then distribute to their customers. Target audience will include distributors and retailers who can get the product in front of consumers. The role will involve working closely with the sales team to understand the market demands and translating these into effective and compelling campaigns. Candidate should be open to leading and supporting across a range of marketing activities. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, seminars, events & exhibitions.

Coordinate/oversee the marketing, planning and logistics of trade show/events. Ensure high quality presence at each show as needed.
Create pre-show briefing documents & evaluate and manage current and future booth requirements such as booth size, design, contractor, and graphics. Manage and coordinate the logistics of the exhibit property.
Conduct and communicate post-show analysis, including metrics.
Work with sales to ensure leads collected are distributed and followed up in a timely manner; monitor leads to close.
Recognize opportunities to sponsor conference sessions that align with marketing goals.
Develop & deliver necessary trainings on product marketing to shoppers' profile.
Plan in conjunction with marketing head & sales team the salesman merchandizing tools. Maximize the off take through developing best in class Point of Sale Material (POSM)
Develop sales presenters & awareness road shows for partners in each country whenever needed.
Consult with sales team, identify the local distributor stores to place signage to increase brand visibility.
Conduct market visits in coordination as and when needed.
