Job Summary:

The candidate who will be selected must be fast learner, with Knowledge of communication in Arabic and English, with experience with content creation and content management. The executive secretary will be reporting the executive manager.

Candidates who are UAE National and can join immediately are the one who should apply.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.

Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive manager and/or other assigned leadership staff.

Create a long-term schedule for the executive

Coordinate for events, managing registration of members and participants.

Manage and coordinate the supporting services.

Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes and recording minutes.

Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.

Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.

Perform required tasks in the internal digital system.

Performs additional duties as assigned by Manager.

Handling the support in main management functionality for the work team.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Arabic and English, Arabic is mandatory for communication.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Content creation and content management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Fast typing, with Excellent grammar in Arabic and English.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
