Job Description:
§ Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
§ Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
§ Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks.
§ Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
§ Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels.

Qualifications:
§ Open to Asian and European nationals
§ 30 to 40 years old
§ At least 3 years of experience on sales – MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)
Candidates must have experience from at least 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality brand
