الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities
- Compile and record medical charts ,reports, and correspondence using computer.
- Operate office equipment such as voice mail messaging systems, and use word processing , power point and other softwer applications to prepare reports minutes of meeting,schedule of duty rota official correspondence etc
- Is responsible for the organization, typing, distribution and maintenance of all correspondence, reports, minutes, rotas, schedules and records relating to the Family Medicine Department.
- Establishes, implements and maintains standardized filing systems within the Family Medicine Department.
- Implements computerized systems in accordance with standard hospital practices, as required.
- Remains pro-active to the requirements of the Chief of Family Medicine Department.
- Provides assistance and training to other staff, as required.
- Undertakes rotation and vacation coverage duties.
- Participates in TQM activities, including systems control, systems improvement and staff development.
- Performs other duties/tasks within the realm of the individual’s knowledge,
المهارات
- High level of hospital terminology and exposure to executive secretarial or strong executive computer skills with an exposure to transcription.
- Experience of working in a multi-national environment useful, but not essential.
