1. Oversee the production process and draw up a production schedule
2. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
3. Prepare production Plans
4. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
5. Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
6. Schedule shift according to production needs
7. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
8. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
9. Obtain output information
10. Prepare and submit status and performance reports
11. Expedite customer orders to satisfy customer order requirements
12. Monitor and report production orders and report status to sales department
13. Assess and analyse current production methods
14. Develop and draft an improved production process
15. Achieve monthly and yearly production KPIs
16. Maximize productivity of machinery and workers
17. Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality.
18. Ensure all steps of production run smoothly and efficiently
19. Estimation & Costing.

المهارات

1. 5 to 10 years’ experience as Production Planning & Control Engineer in Mechanical construction & Maintenance (Oil & Gas).
2. Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
3. Excellent computer skills, especially in Primavera & MS projects
4. Excellent communication skills
