We are looking for Customer Service Executives that will be the liaison between our company and its current customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
- Initially, you will join on remote basis.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
- Keeping records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Requirements
Fluency in English language necessary
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
Experience working in customer support
Comfortable using multiple communication channels
