الوصف الوظيفي
- Prepares all documentation necessary for contract solicitation, including statements of work, contract data requirements, etc.
- Develop the project estimate, establish the budget, manage cost commitments.
- Leading and communicating project scope, goals and responsibilities to project team; establish clear stakeholder expectations, and requirements of varying degrees of complexity.
- Coordinate project schedules, estimates, cost control, risk management activities.
- Ensure Project Leader has timely and accurate data on areas including cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders, quality to support better decision-making.
- Ensure Risks and Opportunities are effectively managed.
- Review project reports as necessary (Progress, Cost, Schedule, Resources etc.).
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Minimum 10 years production experience in ship/Rig Repair, Conversation and / or fabrication & construction at trade leadership level or above.
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Marine, Mechanical or structural engineering or otherwise qualified in a relevant area.
- Leadership in multicultural environment coaching & mentoring, production process development & improvement.
- Safety (people/ property / environment) & quality focused.
- Requirement management experience for in house and third-party production resources.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in the Naval and / or renewables sectors through not essential is advantageous.
