Communications Officer
Sowt is seeking a talented and skilled Communications Officer to join our team.
The Communications Officer will coordinate between external and internal parties and follow through on tasks to ensure project completion on time and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between external (clients, vendors, freelancers, influencers, media) and internal (Marketing and Publishing team, Editorial team) parties.
- Follow through on tasks to ensure deliverables and project completion on time and within quality standards.
- Lead the marketing content ideation process for Sowt and its clients.
- Manage online media buying (e.g. social, Google).
- Keep up to date with social media trends and updates, and advice on how to best implement them across Sowt’s channels.
- Manage PR activities.
- Support in research when needed.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience.
- Highly organized with great project and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multi-project efficiently under pressure and within strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to come up with creative ideas based on an understanding of each show or client band and brief.
- Good Arabic and English writing skills.
- Working knowledge of online media buying is a plus.
- Willing to learn.
