- Maintain fluent functioning of the organization's IT and computer hardware components.
- Recruit and manage IT professionals by paying thorough attention to their training, evaluation, and appraisals.
- Align new Information Technology systems with the practical requirements of the organization's policies and standards.
- Define a structured information technology infrastructure with well-defined guidelines and policies.
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
- Work as a bridge to solve critical problems of important individuals within the organization through prompt addressal of the issues.

- Proven track record of working as a prolific IT Manager associated with a professional organization or company.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
- Efficient in handling network-based aspects like administration, communication, and installation.
- Professional education in IT and related fields with an emphasis on system management and control.
- Able to coordinate and communicate with the project team.
- Commendable grasp of fluent communication and time management for organizing projects using a streamlined approach.
- Should have experience in FMCG, food, F&B or catering industry
- Should have experience in SAP and Finance operations
