As a Project Manager , you will drive a variety of project initiatives with an impact on SITA’s CX program. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with colleagues and partners located in different parts of the world. Success in this role means you pay attention to detail, be sensitive to schedules and budgets, possess influencing skills, and enjoy working with others of diverse backgrounds.

SITA's focus on Continuous Improvement and Customer Experience led to a series of initiatives launched or planned in 2022 that aim to revamp the CX strategy and the Listening (Voice of the Customer) Program. To deliver the ambitious CX roadmap that consists of multiple major initiatives that further cover projects of various sizes, the CX Listening program needs a dedicated Project Manager.

Reporting to the Senior Expert Service Improvement (Program manager) you will be a part of the CX & Quality team.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with Account Management, Service Management, CI Partners, and relevant stakeholders to support the implementation and development of the VoC (Listening) program
  • Responsible for overall CX roadmap, planning, and execution; managing the project teams, reporting to stakeholders, risk management, and ensuring quality control.

Who You Are

  • Manage project development from initiation to closure and be responsible for the project results, manage change, identify, and mitigate risks
  • Closely work with the program owner and stakeholders to complete the project charter scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, team, dependencies, budget, and, timing.
  • Complete the planning work breakdown or agile planning to estimate the effort required for each activity & task
  • Build the project planning and schedule and clearly communicate to team members and stakeholders.
  • Regularly track and report on project activities against schedules and take corrective action on any deviations, Solve team issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate to team members, management, and stakeholders and frequently ensure that there is continuous understanding and alignment regarding the project’s progress
  • Manage the project scope effectively, align any scope change request with the program owner, and document changes.
  • Very good understanding of project management methodologies and the project life cycle.
  • Formal project management training (waterfall or Agile) (ideally certified but not mandatory)
  • Attention to detail, effective time management and follow-up skills
  • Solid communication skills
