ABC Coffee Roasters is a chain of premium cafes. Today, our company has 10 cafes, 2 central kitchens and 2 roasteries in 2 countries.
We plan to become the most recognizable coffee brand in Dubai, and we are looking for a person for the position of Operations Manager who is ready to achieve this goal together with our young team of enthusiasts.
Your work responsibilities:
· Organization of effective operations of the company.
· Control of all structural subdivisions of the chain, internal audit of existing subdivisions.
· Implementation of strategic and tactical growth plans, optimization of business processes, cost management.
· Management of the main financial indicators of restaurants.
· Regular KPI tracking.
· Optimization of business processes (if necessary).
· Control of the network standards execution.
· Building the network's marketing policy together with the marketing team.
· Hospitality market analysis, strategic planning and execution.
· Quarterly/Annual budget proposal and control of achievement.
· Development of motivation system for staff.
· Training and certification system development and implementation for employees of all divisions.
· Effective solving of administrative, economic and organizational tasks.
· Managing a team of 50-100 people.

· Advanced English level.
· Mandatory requirement: experience in managing a restaurant chain (4 or more outlets).
· Higher education. Specialized education (desirable).
· At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions in chain restaurant business.
· Duration of work at one company: at least for 2 years.
· Experience in launching and managing restaurants.
· Experience in effective team building practices.
· Responsibility, independent decision making, result driven approach, goal setting and team motivation.
· Understanding of marketing, purchasing and logistics.
