Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning packaging operations compliant with GMP requirements.
- Setting and managing schedules to ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Writing reports and monitoring productivity and KPIs to ensure feedback is provided on performance and to provide a plan for improving operations and productivity
- Multiple tasking capability in managing different aspects of packaging operations
- Ability to be present to supervise and manage overtime and shifts based on needs and plans
- Planning operations in packaging – machine utilization, materials availability and ensuring proper planning and follow up on plans
Education and Experience:
- BSc. In industrial engineering, management, pharmacy or any other equivalent degree
- Ten years’ experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing with experience in packaging requirements
- English language: reading, writing, and conversation skills.
- Computer: Excellent in MS office.

- Demonstrate leadership in planning obligations and activities.
- Ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness and to work collaboratively to execute, deliver and get results is desired.
- Ability to influence peers, superiors, and partners.
- Motivated, self- starter able to work independently with demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Capable of improving performance of employees by training and following up on training needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
