Position Purpose:
Marketing Executives are responsible for developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service
or idea.
role includes: planning; advertising; public relations; event organization; product
development; distribution; sponsorship; and research.
Tasks, duties and responsibilities (TDR):
1. Track and report on the marketing department budget and uses financial strategy to advise all marketing plans.
2. Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
3. Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy.
4. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
5. Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and social media accounts. Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including suppliers, printer’s designers and partner organizations.
6. Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
7. Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services.
8. Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events. Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and seminars.
9. Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorships.
10. Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the appropriate media, to achieve marketing objectives.
11. Writing and proofreading copy.
12. Organizing photo shoots.
13. Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
14. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
15. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

المهارات
1. B.SC of Business Administration or Marketing, or other relevant fields.
2. Proven 2-4 years of experience in Marketing
3. Marketing Diploma or MBA is preferable.
4. In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current happenings and trends. Thorough knowledge
of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
5. Proficient at presentations, with superb communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and leadership skills. Socially adept.
6. Ability to develop long-term strategic relationships with clients and partners. Ability to quickly develop rapport and gain respect at all levels of an organization. Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
7. Must be a self-starter and self-motivated, with a team-oriented attitude. Strong time management abilities.
8. Good organizational and planning skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
9. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
