الوصف الوظيفي

  1. Handling / arranging Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee (LG)
  2. Issues import and export letters of credit Notifies exporters and importers of issuance of letters of credit covering shipment of merchandise.
  3. Review letter of credit documents to determine compliance with Saudi standards.
  4. Verifies terms of credit, such as amount, insurance coverage, and shipping conditions to determine compliance with standards.
  5. Coordinates suppliers credit information and collateral papers with other departments for compliance with company standards
  6. Records payments and liabilities and other suppliers account information,
  7. Preparing different type of related reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  8. Ensuring a proper custody and archiving of treasury related documentation.
  9. Reviewing of terms and conditions related to banks' contracts regularly.
  10. Monitoring and controlling over subsidiaries bank accounts (Account position, charges and fees, interest rates…etc.).

المهارات

  • Cash management skills
  • Computer knowledge – good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Spreadsheet
  • Previous experience in the same field.
