الوصف الوظيفي

  • Co-ordinate with Sales Engineers in preparation of quotation & Update Quotation Register.
  • Co-ordinate with other branches in sharing & obtaining quotations.
  • Preparation of Technical Submittals coordinating with Sales Engineers.
  • Work with Sales Engineers in parallel to gather all docs relevant to each order for our record.
  • Register orders in Sales Controls sheet in details & update.
  • Send SRF with supporting documents like RV & PASO Number.
  • Follow-up for approval, coordinate with logistics for delivery &Obtain Delivery Notes & Invoices, save in relevant order files.

المهارات

  • BSc degree with at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in administration or relevant field

  • Good Command of English Language (reading, writing, & speaking)
  • Computer Skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with mathematics and financial data
  • Proficient in MS office and data entry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Excellent ability to organize and coordinate tasks
