الوصف الوظيفي
- VAT returns finalization & reconciliation of input VAT, output VAT, revenue & advances with Trial Balance.
- Leading VAT audits raised by Tax department, preparing all relevant files, reports & reconciliation.
- Liaison with external Auditor & provide required data requested by Auditor.
- IFRS adjustment entries, specifically IFRS 9,15 & 16.
- Prepare regular reconciliation of the organization’s financial position in terms of cost, income, profit and loss accounts and balance sheet.
- Prepare intercompany reconciliations & adjustment.
- Preparing & posting monthly Accrual & prepayment schedules.
- Cashflow planning & forecasts.
- Perform GL scrutiny on monthly basis.
- Variance Analysis reports i.e., budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual.
- Stock analysis, Provisions & ageing reports.
- Payable reports & reconciliation.
- Ad hoc reports based on request by line manager.
- Review & assist the payable accountants in Bookkeeping.
- Assist with the implementation of the company's accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform all other business-related duties as required by the Line Manager.
المهارات
- 5+ years of professional accounting experience, in similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
