2. Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics/Control System
3. 10+ years of field experience
4. Nature of working plants Experience in Rolling mill in Aluminum/Steel plants:
5. Hot Mill
6. Cold Mill
7. Finishing
8. Area of Working experience:
9. PLC & Control Systems – SIEMENS (S7 series), SMS (PROBAS, LOGICAD etc.)
10. Drives – SIEMENS, ABB,
11. Networking – Profibus, TwinCat, Ethernet, EtherCat
12. Data Acquisition (DAQ) – IBA or similar
13. HMI – WinCC, Wonderware
14. Level 2 – Application, model, Oracle Database.
15. Engineering:
16. Equipment/Asset Reliability – Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Reliability Excellence (REX)
17. Predictive, Preventive, Corrective maintenance concepts
18. Troubleshoot and report – RCA, 5WHY, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
