الوصف الوظيفي
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting unit including month and year-end accounting processes, accounts payables/ receivables, cash receipts, general ledger, bills, capital asset reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, bank statement reconciliations, run checks and balances as per accounting principles and maintain fixed asset activities.
- Ensure timely closure of accounting books (monthly/ quarterly and annually) and oversee the preparation of accounting and financial reports.
- Assist departments with cost and revenue forecasts/ budgets and annual budget preparation through supplying departments with accounting records. Track, monitor, and control the accounting procedures as per accounting standards and principles.
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of reports like income and expense report, capital expenditure report and fixed asset report.
- Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the entire accounting operations of the company.
- Perform month-end reconciliation and related reports.
- Ensure adherence of accounting records in relation to IFRS.
- Assist in the setup and monitoring of accounting-related KPIs.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience, with 3-4 in supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of IFRS
- MS Office suite, including Advanced MS Excel
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
