- Providing quotations.
- Process sales orders.
- Set up reports detailing sales initiatives, Daily, weekly, monthly & yearly performance reports.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Assist Sales Managers with annual budget preparation.
- Dealing with customer enquiries.
- Communicate important feedback from customers.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Dealing with a variety of customer telephone enquiries.
- Entering information onto business systems and keeping this up-to-date.
- Reviewing returned document packages for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage the delivery to all customers, domestically & Internationally.
- Processing documents for export shipments.
