الوصف الوظيفي

1. Participate in the development of the main objectives of the company and participate in their formulation

2. Participate in the meetings to which he is invited and express an opinion on the results and decisions.

3. Drawing up general policies for the marketing and sales department, and developing marketing and sales procedures in cooperation with the rest of the departments.

4. Chairing and managing periodic meetings of the Marketing and Sales Department and assisting in issuing appropriate decisions based on the facts received.

5. Propose improvement, curative and preventive measures that will improve work performance.

6. Prepare and develop marketing and sales plans and studies and supervise their implementation.

7. Setting marketing and selling goals and objectives and developing strategies that achieve these goals.

8. Supervise the establishment of a comprehensive database on markets and competitors, and everything related to the services, prices and marketing plans of competitors, geographical areas and their distributions.

9. Develop plans for promotion, advertising, advertising and sales offers in coordination with the rest of the departments.

10. Determine the promotion objectives and appropriate tools for each service.

11. Control and evaluation of sales activities, and determine the areas and paths of salesmen

12. Work to raise the marketing share of the company's services by increasing the volume of demand.

13. Guidance to search for new customers, communicate with them and maintain strong relationships with them

14. Supervise and follow up the negotiations that take place with customers.

15. Participate in the selection, training, qualification and identification of salesmen and determine their needs.

16. Follow up and supervise the identification of appropriate sales areas, and divide the market into sectors, to benefit from the largest number of customers and consumers.

17. Follow up and evaluate the performance of salesmen and improve their skills and development.

18. Follow up the after-sales service and follow up the permanent communication with customers and respond to their complaints.

19. Supervise and follow up the development of marketing plans and programs to ensure appropriate growth in the company's profits.

20. Supervise the development of a pricing strategy, in cooperation with all other departments to achieve the largest market share in the long term.

21. Contribute to the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the company down to the identification of available marketing opportunities, challenges and problems that must be contributed to investing as a purpose or solving them as challenges.

22. Determine the effectiveness or profitability of the company's branches available for services, and choose the most appropriate ones for the company on the one hand and for the interests of consumers on the other.

23. Finding solutions to situations or problems related to the marketing and sale of services.

24. Holding periodic meetings of the employees of the marketing and sales department to discuss the work procedures, the extent of implementation of the agreed plan, and draw out the difficulties they face in performing the work.

25. Train individuals working in the marketing and sales department on their work and transfer his experience to them.

26. Prepare periodic reports on the work of the Marketing and Sales Department, including all achievements, obstacles and proposed solutions for the development of work and performance and submit them to the manager.
