Must have 5 years minimum experience in mechanical engineering field in a healthcare environment and at least 3 years in an engineer position in healthcare facilities in the field of maintenance and operation.
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a professional engineer registration in an accredited organization or recognized government.
The candidate must have extensive experience working as a mechanical engineer in a large, complex, acute hospital environment and preferably a previous experience as an Authorized Person (AP) in related systems and plant. The candidate shall be conversant in performance management techniques and optimizing available resources

- Minimum 5 years experience in a healthcare facility and 3 years experience in supervisory capacity
- The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) with chartered accreditation from reputable and internationally recognized engineering institute.
- Must have a MMUP certificate (UPDA – Urban Planning and Development Authority).
- Specific expertise and working knowledge related codes and standards, for example: ASHRAE, British Standards and HTM.
- Knowledge HTM00,01,02,03,04,08, Acop L8 (4th edition)
- Familiarity with CAFM software and asset management.
