الوصف الوظيفي
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for HR development in Qatar
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and HR partners
- Assist with the development of long-term HR planning and development strategies and goals for Qatar
- Coordinate and facilitate training and development initiatives for employees
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials related to HR planning and development projects
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and other events to represent the HR department and to gather feedback and input from stakeholders
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the successful implementation of HR development projects and initiatives
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Experience in HR planning and development, particularly in the Middle East, is preferred
