الوصف الوظيفي
- Greet all customers with friendly, professional manner
- Maintain the outlet's service standards, product quality and cleanliness
- Prepare and sell beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
- Generate revenue by attracting new customers
- Maintain guest relations and smoothness of the service cycle
- Handle all opening, hand over, ongoing and closing duties
- Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
- Organize take away orders efficiently and handle orders from home delivery
- Ensures stock levels are maintained and required items are timely ordered
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards on safety and sanitization policies when handling food and beverage
- Informs the manager on duty of any operational inconsistencies
- Assist with customer complaints concerning quality and service in a prompt and professional manner or escalate it
- Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards
- Any other duties assigned by your supervisor/manager
