IT Technical Support Engineer
IT Technical Support Engineer- Jordan Office
A. Accountabilities:
- Provide IT Support such as Active directory, Windows and Network connectivity.
- Acts as a First point of contact, provide technical support to End-User as per IT related issues.
- Coordinate with Backend support staff.
- Hands on experience in Windows OS Installation, Troubleshooting, Performance tuning, Monitoring, Applying Service Pack and Windows Updates.
- Responsible for Installation of new and used hardware units and components.
- Responsible for incident investigation, diagnosis and recovery within the defined service levels.
- Provides timely, accurate and unambiguous updates to the ticketing system.
- Provide the support required to close service events promptly, within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Provide updates as required by Service Desk.
- Coordinate activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups.
- Responsible for Installing Desktop Computers, laptops, printers, scanners.
- Responsible for imaging pcs & laptops.
Skills
B. Experience:
- 2+/- years experience in IT Technical Support/ Service desk/ HelpDesk roles.
C. Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer or related fields
- Preferred ITIL Foundation certified
- Preferred A+ Certified
- Preferred MCSE –Microsoft Certified Solution Expert.
D. General Skills:
- Communication skills.
- Customer Focus.
E. General Remark:
- Jordan based / Immediate Joiners.
- Driving license is a plus.
- The opportunity is for Diyar Office – Jordan.
