Objective:
Our client is a Hospitality company, is looking for Training Manager to join their team in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia. The Training Manager aims at providing strategic focus by developing and implementing trainers and training tools. The training manager plans, manages, controls, coordinates and participates in all the training activities as well as recommending, implanting, formulating and executing training policies and procedures and conducting training programs for the organization – Head-office and hotels.
Responsibilities:
- In cooperation with the Head of Human Resources, develops and implements a success-oriented, systematic training system.
- Establishes head-quarter and hotels orientation, training, and evaluation system.
- Establishes standard policies and procedures for training.
- Organizes, develops, coordinates, and evaluates quality and efficiency of all training programs
- Maintains and updates training records.
- Establish training follow-up to ensure contents proper implementation.
- Prepares and submits periodic training reports.
- Establishes training department budget.
- Coordination of monthly training activities and schedule.
- Analyzes training needs and recommends activities to meet the requirement.
- Organizes the company's teammates activities to create better working conditions and build loyalty.
- Assists in implementing an effective teammates relation and motivation program in the organization.
- Manages their team of trainers (i.e., recruitment, trainers' training, quality control, team motivation).
- Ensure trainees constant satisfaction.
المهارات
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent, professional certificates is a plus.
- Work experience should be of 10 years or more; hospitality experience is a must.
- Proven successful entrepreneurial mindset.
- Enjoys working in a multicultural environment is a must.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure as a dedicated teammate is a must.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Ability to regularly travel (domestic and international)
