الوصف الوظيفي
- Candidate will be managing a team of 10-15 Sales officers to assist them achieve their targets & the team targets every month.
- Train his/her team members on product, policy & sales skills.
- Assist the sales officer on field to provide on job training & assist them in closing their sale if required.
- Plan & execute sales strategies for the team to achieve the targets.
المهارات
- Candidate must be a graduate.
- Should have a good understanding of Credit card & Personal loan sales in the UAE Market.
- Should have leadership qualities, be a good trainer & should lead the team with examples.
- Candidate (Male / Female) should have sales team management experience in the UAE handling minimum 10 to 15 sales staff selling Credit cards / Personal loans & should be an achiever with proven track record.
- Min experience of 2-3 yrs handling sales team.. Salary upto AED 7k pm + Attractive incentives
