REGIONAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (QSR)
Our client is a leading multinational foods supplier to the QSR Sector. They are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager to join their team in the UAE. The position will be based in Dubai, requiring travel across the region as necessary.
The role of the Regional Key Account Manager is to manage the day-to-day activities involving account management of major key clients and other administrative tasks to ensure best-in-class service to the company’s clients, providing a modern, and best-in-class account management strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute key account management strategies with the focus on the GCC
- Design and execute Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders internally and externally
- Achieve sales targets
- Conduct routine customer surveys and ensure the gaps are successfully closed
- Market forecasts and demand planning updated monthly
- Ensure customer service and supply management is at its best
- Building rapport with individual markets, ensuring orders are placed in a timely manner and the budget numbers are achieved
- Understanding customer needs and translating them into opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance performance and generate additional sales
- Resolve any issues faced by customers
- Prepare activity grids and reports of progress to internal & external stakeholders
- Ensuring customer satisfaction reaches the highest level
- Provide inputs and execute excel functions regarding planning and preparation of the yearly budget
- Assist the Head of Key Accounts with assigned tasks to ensure smooth operations, customer service and sales
- Develop, prepare, and implement agreed sales & promotional plans
- Learn, track, and ensure the required data portals are updated on a timely manner with 100% accuracy

REQUIREMENTS
- Has knowledge, skill, and discipline to develop & execute account management strategies
- Has 5 years plus of working experience within sales/account management for a supplier to the QSR sector in a corporate environment
- High English (ideally as well as Arabic) language skills – verbal & written
- High level of MS Office application expertise
- Passion for food and the business of food
- Strategic problem solver with a keen sense for balancing customer and company needs
- Good attention to detail, working as a filter of errors between the back end and front end of the business
- Inspiring and visionary leader
- Motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Maintains professionalism, builds trust, and acts with integrity and ethics
- Knowledge of and experience with navigating different cultural norms and expectations
