Description
Managing digital campaigns and improving its metrics.Schedule and execute campaigns, promotions, and product demonstrations within the defined territory.Working closely with the vendors who are responsible for creating digital campaigns.Creating different customer journeys according to their segment and position on the customer journey.Advise and implement tactics related to improving the customer's Derive purposeful tactics derived from campaign metrics.Assess and advise on digital customer's needs the and digital market landscape.Creating & managing customer databases including mapping and segmenting them.Responsible for updating the customer master data in their CRM system
Profile
Experience in creating engaging digital content through different digital communication channels, e.g. Email & WhatsApp, social media, and SEO & SEM.Proven track record of improving customer engagement metrics e.g. Open rate, Click through rate, micro-conversions, etc.Knowledge of multichannel and Omnichannel toolsExperience in crafting and analyzing Digital Marketing campaign metrics.Digital sales journey experience including digital sales, relationship building, call planning, territory development, account mapping, negotiation, navigating complex buying cycles, and closing skills.Big data management.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent time management with the flexibility to work at different times according to the customers' preferences.Must have regional digital marketing experience
