Principal Accountabilities
Customer Service Management
- Maintain a customer-focused approach to deliver GAME Service Excellence and display salesmanship spirit,
 - Ensure proper aftersales services and customers receive their products on time and in good quality.
 - Manage customer complaints and grievance in a professional way
 - Ensure the development, implementation and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team.
 - Capture meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities. Monitor monthly CRM database reporting.
 - Ensure visual merchandising standards are as per company guidelines,
 
Financial Management
- Monitoring and achieving monthly target as set by store manager,
 - Managing the Key performance indicators for stores like conversion, ATV & UPT.
 
Stock Management
- Maintaining an efficient level of stock in store and ensure store is fully stocked and the replenishment procedures are being carried out on a daily basis
 
people Management
- Develop positive relationships with team by understanding with each of them and aligned for better team work

المهارات
- A bachelor's or associate's degree in fashion or a related field would be advantageous.
 - Strong working knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and brands.
 - Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
 - Good organizational and time management skills.
 - Strong networking and social media skills.
 - A willingness and ability to travel to clients.
