- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
- Arrange meeting, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying.
- Write emails, memos and letters.
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.
- Manage database entry and client files.
- Order and maintain supplies.
- Document financial information.
- Organize and distribute messages.
- Make and confirm travel arrangements (Booking Air ticket, Hotel & Restaurants reservation).
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain confidential department files/records.
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with presentations and reports.
- Check and download Timesheet by checking the timesheet application (Flare).
- Annual leave management.
- Other tasks upon request
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- BSc. degree preferable (Commerce or English or any relevant ).
- 3or 5 years of experience as Admin or Secretary or similar role.
- Proven admin or Secretary experience.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Must be fluent in English..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
· Residence: Nasser city, Heliopolis and New Cairo or any place close from Nasser City.
