- Develop a project execution plan from scratch and cover all crucial parameters that act as potential guidelines.
- Examine technical layouts to decide on the next course of action in a project.
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
- Organizing materials and required construction equipment by dealing with suitable vendors and companies.
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
- Contribute to the commercial aspects of the company's projects by collaborating with appropriate professionals.
المهارات
- Proven working experience in civil engineering.
- Proficient in using 2D and 3D civil engineering software like AutoCAD, Revit, HEC-HMS, and BIMsight.
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to different working conditions.
- Remarkable command in developing accurate reports consisting of detailed information on materials, calculations, cost estimates, and other parameters.
- Good command of managing different aspects of an ongoing construction project with a knack for motivating the workforce effectively.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
