Our client is a leading F&B Group based in Dubai with multiple high-end restaurant brands under their umbrella. They are looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Executive to join their team. This is a hands-on, fast paced, and dynamic role working for a progressive and reputed organization.

Responsibilities:

-Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.

-Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.

-Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

-Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

-Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.

-Manage the onboarding process from start to end with new joiners.

المهارات

-Atleast 2-3 years of experience within the F&B or Hospitality Industry.

-A Bachelor's or equivalent qualification.

-A strong personality with excellent communication skills.

-Excellent organization and admin skills.

-Expert in using excel and microsoft tools.
