الوصف الوظيفي
- Understand the organization’s purpose, objectives and values and how to
align learning and development plans with them. - Work with the HR Account Management team to ensure the continuous development of talents.
- Understand business requirements and determine the most suitable programs to achieve the needed.
- Work with the HR Account Management team to ensure that everyone who joins the company starts off the induction journey smoothly and efficiently.
- Assess and update the induction journey periodically to ensure that it is up to the expectation of leaders.
- Work with HR Account Management team and leaders to create a learning journey for the individuals in the company.
- Ensure availability of learning and development programs to everyone.
- Investigate the learning and development opportunities and trends to make available the suitable ones.
- Develop annual training and development plans and budgets and follow up on their implementation.
- Assist and advise in designing career development plans.
- Maintain relationships with partners, vendors and L&D consultants.
- Implement various learning programs companywide (e.g. coaching, job shadowing, online training) that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most out of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career advice.
- Oversee the efficient implementation of L&D programs.
- Lead the L&D team ensuring their continuous growth and knowledge.
- Ensure that a library of knowledge and experiences is updated with the new trends, programs, and experiences.
- Foster a team spirit within the company and the team.

- Work with HR leadership to ensure that all talent management policies and processes related to L&D are up to the latest needs of the organization.
- Develop and ensure an updated dashboard of the L&D activities is available for the different leaders in the organization.
- Assess the performance of vendors, partners and suppliers and adjust any discrepancies accordingly.
