  • Understand the organization’s purpose, objectives and values and how to
    align learning and development plans with them.
  • Work with the HR Account Management team to ensure the continuous development of talents.
  • Understand business requirements and determine the most suitable programs to achieve the needed.
  • Work with the HR Account Management team to ensure that everyone who joins the company starts off the induction journey smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assess and update the induction journey periodically to ensure that it is up to the expectation of leaders.
  • Work with HR Account Management team and leaders to create a learning journey for the individuals in the company.
  • Ensure availability of learning and development programs to everyone.
  • Investigate the learning and development opportunities and trends to make available the suitable ones.
  • Develop annual training and development plans and budgets and follow up on their implementation.
  • Assist and advise in designing career development plans.
  • Maintain relationships with partners, vendors and L&D consultants.
  • Implement various learning programs companywide (e.g. coaching, job shadowing, online training) that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most out of learning opportunities.
  • Help managers develop their team members through career advice.
  • Oversee the efficient implementation of L&D programs.
  • Lead the L&D team ensuring their continuous growth and knowledge.
  • Ensure that a library of knowledge and experiences is updated with the new trends, programs, and experiences.
  • Foster a team spirit within the company and the team.
