Mid to Senior Business Analyst

Purpose:

Develop the process and requirements within their function, ensuring that the Process, quality, and compliance standards are adhered to; contributing to internal processes and standards for business analysis and design. In addition, will mentor other Business Analysts to develop their skills and share best practices in relevant communities of practice.

Specific Responsibilities

In addition to following AiElements policies and procedures, Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Grooming the product backlog based on the prioritization provided.

· Analyzing customer needs and finding solutions to address them.

· Creating the requirements in the form of user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.

· If in case the user stories have been already created (with acceptance criteria), then review them to make sure that every business rule is covered and the acceptance criteria meet the user story functionality.

· Working with the product owner and the stakeholders to understand the scope, suggest improvements to the requirements, etc.

· Preparing documents like SSRS, RBS, wireframes, design flow, UI, UML, etc.

To Land this, you should have:

· Up to 5 years of business-facing, experience in a Data Management environment is a plus .

· Effective Communications;

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Strong strategic skills to develop long-term visions and the ability to translate them into actionable roadmaps.

· knowledge in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) (Management)

· Willingness to learn about business, and can bring innovation, and fresh thinking, to create distinctive value for our clients and Ai Elements.

· Ability to lead yourself and others so you can deliver results in a responsible, authentic, resilient, inclusive, and passionate way;

· Skilled at building and maintaining strong and authentic relationships, within your business network and developing new ones outside of it.
