Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting and facilitating the implementation of the Outreach Department to achieve its objectives. The assistant will be responsible for assisting the team in department-related activities, communication, and with administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Function: Manage and support the administrative functions, including filing, meetings, SOPs, and clerical duties and documentation
- Program Support: Support the implementation of new programs processes and procedures, methods, and systems
- Reporting: Support in the preparation of reports; documentation, editing, filing, translating
- Meetings: Coordinate meetings and workshops, manage minutes of meetings, provide logistical support for workshops and meetings
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 Years of experience
- Arabic and English language proficiency (verbal and written communication)
- Advanced communication skills
- Professional work ethic
- Basic IT and Computer Literacy
- Friendly and personable character
