Duties and responsibilities:

1. Business analysis of services and new requests

2. Evaluating existing businesses, forecasting needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing and implementing solutions

3. Preparing and reviewing business analysis documents necessary for technical development4. Analyzing problems and redesigning existing services based on observations made by the operational and technical support teams.

5. Studying and analyzing change requests and preparing the necessary requests for them

6. Conduct a needs analysis

7. Ensure that solutions, demands and expectations of stakeholders are met

8. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project management9. Conducting user acceptance tests

10. Searching for innovative solutions and taking advantage of new technologies by matching them with existing projects

11. Conduct gap analysis of system functionality and target requirements.

12. Collaborate with the proper groups.

13. Identify initial Business Case requirements & other pre-project activities.

14. Prepare and/or review end-user documentation and training materials and other technical writing issues.

المهارات

Bachelor degree in in Information Technology or Computer Science or any related field.

Excellent communication skills.

Teamwork.

Strategic thinking skills.

4-7 years of experience in the technology sector in general

Previously worked in the field of analysis

Previous experience in systems programming is preferred

"preferable" experience in networks, infrastructure and databases

Very good written and verbal communication skills

Problem solving and analytical thinking

Understand and reflect stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical documents
