Training Manager- Beauty , Skin Care and Fragrances

You will be responsible to implementing the regional annual training plan as directed by the brands guidelines and objectives and to deliver field coaching to the Beauty Advisors, in order to grow sales and profit, increase market share and enhance the brand image.
Responsibilities of the role:
Development
Adapt international training materials in order to fit local specificities and enhance content of existing training support documents when needed
Provide inputs and feedback to Management on training and coaching methods and tools
Execution
Deliver product training to both Beauty Advisors and generic staff in line with sales cycles & training priorities
Deliver induction and specific training to grow and develop the brand’s Beauty Advisors following the Central guidelines
Assist the Retail Manager on the recruitment of new Beauty Advisors according to regional needs
Organize annual regional motivation gathering for Beauty Advisors with Retail Manager
Complete relevant training reports and other necessary reports as requested by Area Sales Manager
Management
Develop and motivate Beauty Advisors through training and coaching
Contribute to Region and Training projects: regional training needs, evaluation analysis, update of training programs, action plan on training and coaching
Plan and monitor training and traveling expenses according to budget & resources optimization
On-Field
Coach and motivate Beauty Advisors at POS to ensure “in-class” product information, sales pitch and the brand's Art of Selling methodologies are effectively carried out and enhanced at POS
Store visit to observe customer purchase behavior and interact with Beauty Advisors and/or customers
Identify and provide feedback for future training needs
المهارات
– The ideal candidate has at least 3 years experience in Retail including experience as a Trainer, ideally in a luxury fragrance and or cosmetic retail environment.
– Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
– Genuine interest and appreciation of the luxury and cosmetics industry
– High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong leadership and people management skills
– Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
– Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
– Arabic is a MUST.
