You will be the only HR Regional Business Partner based in New Cairo and will act as a strategic partner and consultant to the business leaders while refining and implementing MENA policies ensuring they are fit for the region. This role is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and dynamic BP looking for their next challenge.

The Role

  • Foster relationships with business leaders to ensure the organisation is meeting its global goals
  • Position HR as a key area of the business
  • Implement new policies and procedures seamlessly
  • Act as a change agent, challenging the status quo, and develop best practice solutions
  • Lead on day to day transactional HR – ensuring the team are following best practices
  • Act as an intermediary for the senior HR team in the UK and Middle East business
  • Develop talent strategies
  • Elevate employee experience
  • Provide critical coaching
