Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading companies in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for finding and retaining excellent employees in UAE and KSA. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and manage performance management, training & development activities for employees. The ideal should be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and with a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in the business.

<br />- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts reporting to Talent Director
<br />- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
<br />- Lead employment branding initiatives
<br />- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
<br />- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.) computation of CTC as per Korn Ferry
<br />- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
<br />- Assist in employee retention and development
<br />- Supervise and manage recruiting personnel and orientation process
<br />- Organize and/or attend career fairs, manage Internship Program, or other events
<br />- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
<br />- Constant monitoring and compliance with the Emiratization targets
<br />- Ensure that company's recruitment & selection process is adhered to as per UAE labour law and company's policies / procedures
<br />- Responsible for annual Job descriptions review process for all the employees across the company.
<br />- Ensure proficiency of Psychometric test System and other related online test to be monitored and properly implemented and making sure will not exceed the base on the contract.
<br />- Assist KSA staff in recruitment & saudization process.
<br />- Perform all other duties as assigned by Line Manager

<br />Requirements- Proven 5 + years of experience as talent acquisition manager or similar role
<br />- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding. A leader and strategic thinker with strong experience in budgets/cost control, leadership, managing for results, managing performance, people development and management.
<br />- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
<br />- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
<br />- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
<br />- Excellent communicator and well-organized
<br />- Bachelor/Master's degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field
<br />- Vocational certification (HRM, SPHR, CIPD, etc) is preferable
<br />- Great personality, Diligent and focused.
