Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate local and international market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the products/services.
  • Effectively market products / services by conducting market research, consumer research, overseeing product development and design, setting prices, launching new products, overseeing advertising campaigns and monitoring sales performance.
  • Designing Innovative projects and events to drive and increase sales and profit growth.
  • Contribution to key projects assigned – cost saving initiatives, better negotiation/pricing, new product development, etc.
  • Developing and maintaining the social media platform and digital marketing campaign for the respective brands alongside the regular marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Update KPIs, sales and brand equity scores regularly.
  • Analyze the customer feedback to generate new product ideas and liaise with other areas of the organization.
  • Meeting with key accounts, clients and various departments periodically to study the sales progress and growth and to plan strategies for the upcoming promotions / events.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with developed annual budgets, quarterly forecast and monthly demand plans and reporting results of departments.
  • Work with the sales department to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenues and cost against forecast and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the products and services.
  • Presenting performance reports to Business Unit on regular basis.

المهارات

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

  • Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Mass Communication / Advertising or relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in brand/ product management with strong marketing capabilities and ability to make complex data driven decisions.
  • Experience from FMCG / Retail / Pharma / Trading Companies are desirable.
  • Exposure with Digital and Social Media Marketing and working relationship with Media Agencies are preferred.
  • IT knowledge skills including working in ERP or Oracle system will be an added advantage.
