B2B Sales Manager/ Executive – Outdoor Sales
- Setting and executing Sales Plans for a portfolio consisting of Customers and Corporate Accounts.
- Visit at least three new companies daily while managing current accounts.
- Solicit new and existing clients to meet/exceed budgetary sales expectations.
- Present weekly sales plan and daily sales report and keep a record of same.
- Fulfill expectations outlined within the strategic monthly sales plan, monthly initiatives, SMART plan, annual goals, competitive analysis, and other reports requested.
- Develop sales strategy for defined market segments, industries & conventions.
- Build and maintain client database.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral material.
- Attends tradeshows, networking events, sales blitzes, and other off-site sales efforts at the direction of the GM.
- Create internal/external promotional programs and track results.
- Duties also include preparing and presenting practical proposals presentations maintaining well-organized documentation and reports.
- Responsible for developing and delivering the Yearly Sales & Marketing Plan to generate incremental revenue, increase market share and enhance company image.
- Research and analyze consumer, competitor, and market situations and represent comprehensive quality information in weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the sales teams to ensure a successful and smooth launch of new products using the most cost-effective communication channels.
- Focus on quality relationship building, corporate deal negotiations, business switching from competitors, and effective service recovery.
- Achieve the quarterly target.
- Coordinate with the advertising agencies to develop and produce all promotional material, including flyers & brochures.
- The Sales Manager may also participate in and lead event meetings, sales, and other staff meetings.
- Handle initial phone calls and electronic inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
- Build, maintain and target client database (from internal and external sources).
- Contract negotiations.
- Ensure that CRM is updated.
- Deliver sales presentations to Senior Management, demonstrating our solutions/their value.
- Develop and submit commercial offers, ensuring the correct pricing and business case.
- Coordinate and participate in RFP responses and follow-up.
- Be up to date on all market requirements and product needs.
- Maintain a high level of current knowledge of product portfolio and benefits of specific products for each targeted customer segment as well as other segment-relevant information (trends, strategy, competitors, pricing, etc.)
- Provide feedback on customers' reactions regarding portfolio, services, and prices to Customer Solutions
- Provide regular updates on future needs and product/service ideas to Customer Solutions.
