Responsibilities:
- Post jobs AD in all available recruitment channels.
- Open new recruitment channels.
- Build a pool of candidates.
- Filtration candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Conduct HR interviews and evaluate the candidates according to their competencies and skills.
- Follow up with the accepted candidates to complete the recruitment cycle.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.

المهارات
- A bachelor's degree.
- 1 Year of Experience in Recruitment.
- Very good command of English.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills.
- Eager to learn and committed.
- HR Certificate or Diploma is preferred.
- Maximum age is 25 years.
