Full Job Description
We are looking to hire female Sales Executives with a background in Cosmetic Sales for Dubai and Northern Emirates. The applicants must have 2-5 years of experience in the field, have a valid UAE driver's license and a vehicle.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Make initial customer contact through visits and calls
- Identify each potential customer's needs and potential brands to introduce
- Account management and growth
- Develop new opportunities and close existing ones
- Build meaningful relationships within the company and outside
- Ensure appropriate and timely delivery of service and products.
- Follow up on service and/or product once the delivery has been made.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients.
- Do the demonstration on how to use the hair products if needed.
- Record sales information and maintain customers' records.
- Monthly and Weekly Reporting
المهارات
Qualifications and Skills:
- Hair Dressing skill / experience is a MUST
- UAE Drivers License is a MUST
- 2 to 5 years of field sales to beauty salons experience
- Fluent English and Arabic is an advantage but not required
- Self-Starter and Independent Worker
- An outgoing and likable personality.
- Confident with strong presentation skills.
- A passion for selling and customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team-result orientated
- Good time management and organized.
