الوصف الوظيفي
Product knowledge: Fast Moving Consumer Goods – Food & Beverage, especially coffee.
- Meet clients and build relationships for sales.
- Achieve monthly assigned value and volume targets
- Expand distribution, new listings
- Develop new and existing Client’s base
- Negotiate with supermarkets and single shops A & B categories, HoReCa
- Develop a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Creating market business development
- Ensure proper distribution, visibility, share of shelf product category to improve the market share, profitability, and growth for each SKU / Brand
- Track sales goals and report results
- Meet individual sales targets
- Ensure and control timely collection of due payments
- Coordinate marketing activities
- Understand our clients’ needs
المهارات
- Have vast experience in FMCG / Food and Beverage trading in the UAE
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Worked for wholesale or distribution FMCG companies
- Know how to manage different clients and chains
- Have strong sales experience
- Have an associate's or bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
- Self-motivated and hungry for success
- Have strong negotiation skills with Clients at all levels
Perfectly fluent in English, other is a plus
