Product knowledge: Fast Moving Consumer Goods – Food & Beverage, especially coffee.

  • Meet clients and build relationships for sales.
  • Achieve monthly assigned value and volume targets
  • Expand distribution, new listings
  • Develop new and existing Client’s base
  • Negotiate with supermarkets and single shops A & B categories, HoReCa
  • Develop a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
  • Creating market business development
  • Ensure proper distribution, visibility, share of shelf product category to improve the market share, profitability, and growth for each SKU / Brand
  • Track sales goals and report results
  • Meet individual sales targets
  • Ensure and control timely collection of due payments
  • Coordinate marketing activities
  • Understand our clients’ needs

المهارات

  • Have vast experience in FMCG / Food and Beverage trading in the UAE
  • Excellent organizing and leadership skills
  • Worked for wholesale or distribution FMCG companies
  • Know how to manage different clients and chains
  • Have strong sales experience
  • Have an associate's or bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
  • Self-motivated and hungry for success
  • Have strong negotiation skills with Clients at all levels

Perfectly fluent in English, other is a plus
