الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for real estate agents, of any nationality or gender with a minimum experience of 2 years in real estate in Dubai.
Work description:
- Searching for new properties for sale or rent in dedicated areas.
- Creating price lists compared to similar properties on the market.
- Generate client leads to buy, sell or rent properties.
- Create and manage a list of properties accurately.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase and rent agreements, and other documents required for real estate transactions.
- Be always on time, never late.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate in Dubai.
- Driving license and own car
- Professional grooming (Elegant pants, elegant shoes, shirt, and tie are a must)
- Good communication skills, at least one of the languages to be fluent in (English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese)
- Ambitions and determined, willing to take this job as his own business.
