Job Summary:
Responsible for the coordination of the quality & patient safety Program.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Arrange and document regular training to all staff in health care facility on Continuous Quality Improvement & Patient safety Tools.
- Implement Continuous Quality Improvement & Patient safety concepts in all work processes through continuous education & training.
- Provide on Job Training according to work needs & requirements to improve processes of work and Continuous Quality Improvement & Patient safety.
- Regular training in Patient Safety Goals (6 goals identified by JCI).
- Monitor and document Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in all departments.
- Participate in the staffing plan for the health care facility which should be reviewed regularly according to requirements and changes in workload & services in DHAMAN Healthcare Facilities.
- Empower staff to improve processes of work.
- Regular training for Continuous Quality Improvement & Patient safety facilitators in all departments to improve work processes.
- Monitor and document training logs for Infection Control program.
- Monitor and document training logs for safety program.
- Develop policies and procedures on staff development in consultation with the continuous Quality Improvement & Patient safety manager.
- Monitor and ensure effective implementation of Staff Development Programs in the DHAMAN Healthcare Facilities.
- Provide support and act as a consultant to the DHAMAN Healthcare Facilities on staff development.
- Ensure availability of training facilities and resource materials.
- Always maintain confidentiality.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- Bachelor health administration sciences – Essential.
- Master/ Diploma in health care management/ quality management- Preferable
- CPHQ, CPPS or six sigma preferred.
- 2 years in healthcare facilities.
- 2 years quality & patient safety experience.
