What You'll Be Doing:
- Support in maintaining and updating project database, ensuring it always has accurate and up to date information
- Work with Project Managers/others concerned in drafting project profiles (for ME region), compile the related attachments and upload the same in to the database after the necessary approvals
- Handlin projects database maintenance with any updates on the ongoing projects in the Middle East in coordination with the PM/concerned
- Updating and uploading CV’s of existing employees as applicable, this will require talking to the staff and guiding them through and support as needed
- Support the bid teams/concerned as needed in filtering and retrieving the required projects/CV’s from the database for inclusion in PQ’s/ bids
- Arrange to obtain information on projects/CV’s from other regions from relevant contacts
- Support in preparation of EOI’s/PQ’s/bids as required
- Support in completing prequalification questionnaires for new and existing Customers
- Any other administrative tasks as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Diploma/degree in any field
- Minimum five years experience in an administrative support/coordination role
- Should possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, word, excel, power point)
- Ability to laisse with a team and multiple stakeholders within the business
