Under the hood, we build systems to manage sourcing of cars, inspection, photography, merchandising, reconditioning, financing, insurance, shipping and many more. Requirements

Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
Prepare Journal Entries
Complete general ledger operations
Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
Account/bank reconciliation.
Bachelor's Degree
Work experience as an Accountant, minimum 2-3 years
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Hands-on experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
Familiarity with online business
Excellent in using Microsoft Excel
Problem-solving skills
