Contact Center Operations Manager is needed to be hired with the below requirements :
– 6 to 10 years of experience in operations management.
– A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational background in business or any related field.
– Experience in customer care contact centers.
– Knowledge of Operational issues, Client Management, Retention
– Set and track KPIs
– Worked in the E-commerce/ telecom field
– Bilingual (Arabic / English).
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Microsoft Office advanced skills.
– Certified COPC is a plus
